Quattro is committed to building meaningful partnerships with Indigenous communities through collaboration, employment, and skills development.
- From 2022 to 2026, Quattro partnered with First Nation communities in Spences Bridge, BC to deliver local infrastructure projects. This included major initiatives such as Highway 8 repairs and reconstruction, the Nicomen Bridge replacement, and Tank Hill overpass.
- In addition to major infrastructure projects, Quattro delivered priority community projects, such as water intakes, access roads, and recreational infrastructure.
- During this period, over 40,000 hours of meaningful employment was generated for local First Nations members, creating opportunities across trades, heavy equipment operation, and technical roles, while also contributing to long-term workforce capacity and skills development. Achieving up to 54% workforce diversity during the completion of the Highway 8 repair project, through intentional engagement, inclusive hiring practices, and ongoing collaboration with local First Nations communities.
