In addition to major infrastructure projects, Quattro delivers priority community projects, such as water intakes, access roads, and, most recently, the Antko Playground.
Quattro is committed to building meaningful partnerships with Indigenous communities through collaboration, employment, and skills development.
IR1 Riprap
Quattro Constructors completed the riverbank repairs, which included excavation, riprap placement, and final grading of the area.
Antko 21 Subdivision Drainage
Quattro Constructors constructed ground water interception and diversion trenches within undeveloped residential lots at Antko IR2. The scope included excavation of deep drainage trenches (GIDT A-A', B-B', and multiple C-C' alignments), installation of drainage materials, and backfilling to control groundwater levels and enable future residential construction on the site.
Antko Playground
Quattro crew executed site clearing and bulk earthworks to prepare a level pad for the new community playground. Approximately 3,000 cubic meters of material were excavated, placed, and compacted within three days, enabling rapid progression to subsequent construction activities. Following subgrade preparation, the team supported the installation of playground equipment and adjacent parking lot infrastructure in coordination with community volunteers. Final works included the placement and leveling of a wood chip surface finish and site cleanup.
Basque Ranch
Quattro Constructors provided comprehensive civil support for the weir construction, including excavation, water diversion and management, construction of the new concrete weir structure, and improvements to existing irrigation routing. The project ensures reliable water supply management during the irrigation season on Band lands.
Upper Pukaist Water Intake
Quattro Constructors delivered all civil works required to construct the new water intake structure, including excavation, formwork, and concrete placement for the weir and intake components. The scope also included installation of HDPE waterline to the field locations, as well as site access improvements and grading to enable future maintenance access.
IR7 Driveway Works
Quattro self-performed all the demolition, road construction, drainage and remediation work. Quattro managed a precast concrete subcontractor, hydroseeding subcontractor, hired haul trucks and worked with a third party septic consultant to relocate the existing septic system. Quattro worked closely with the residents that the access road services to ensure minimal disruption and completed extensive restoration at the end of the project to ensure the land was left in a manner that resembled the pre-construction conditions.
