Our Role

Quattro’s scope includes detailed excavation, concrete works, and structural installations, with coordination of electrical and mechanical trades to integrate penetrations, embeds, and sequencing. Work includes excavation and backfill for foundations and service trenches, erosion and sediment control, and groundwater management. Quattro is self-performing all cast-in-place concrete, including form fabrication, reinforcement coordination, placement, and finishing for footings, grade beams, pile caps, slabs-on-grade, suspended slabs, shear walls, capping beams, stairs, and housekeeping pads.

The project also includes the construction of retaining walls, flood protection works, and auxiliary buildings, including the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Fuel Bay, Bus Wash, and Vault Pull. Key elements include over 190 linear meters of retaining walls up to 3 m high using custom and prefabricated timber formwork, a 500 linear meter reinforced concrete capping beam along the Fraser River, and architectural finishes to meet project standards. Additional scope includes waterproofing systems, waterstops, grouting, curing, expansion joints, and the installation of a cast-in-place concrete cap on a sheet pile wall to support long-term flood mitigation.
