Construction of the new Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre (HJCRC) at the heart of Central Lonsdale, North Vancouver, BC.
The initial phases involved site preparation and excavation on the north side of East 23rd Street, positioned between Lonsdale Avenue and St Georges Avenue..
Quattro Constructors delivered the onsite civil works for the new recreation centre, including stormwater retention systems, sanitary and water connections, and underground drainage piping. The scope also encompassed placement of the complete building drainage system and over 40,000 metric tonnes of structural backfill.
