Oran is a results driven construction engineer with ten (10) years’ experience. The majority of his experience is in heavy civil construction, both in the field and preconstruction phase, with a desire to obtain firsthand experience of the most effective construction solutions, and delivery of projects on time, under budget and to a high standard of quality.
