Stave River Erosion Project consisted of Stabilization of an approximately 40 m long segment along the right bank of the Stave River, which has been eroded leading to a loss of cultural artefacts at a known archaeological site on Kwantlen Nation Indigenous Reserve.
The segment is located about a kilometer downstream of Ruskin Dam as well as immediately downstream of a pilot stabilization and bank protection work that was implemented in September 2018.
