Quattro is a partner in QBR JV BV, a company set up to do commercial and industrial projects on the Caribbean Island of Saba. The Saba Cares project consists of multiple phases: Building “A” is a two-storey administration building and Building “B” is a two-storey seniors care/health care facility with an underground parking structure.

Scouts Place

Project Description

Project includes the modernization of part of the original Scout’s place and the addition of 19 new rooms and cottages. A full service restaurant and spa building is also included.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Renovation & modernization of the existing Scout’s Place Sky Rooms.
Renovation & modernization of the existing Penthouse Suite.
Conversion of the old storage area into a new commercial space.
Addition of a new full-service restaurant and bar.
Twelve new “Earth Rooms”.
Seven new cottages.
Affinity pool with extensive hardscaped area for lounging and social events..
Construction of a Spa Building.
