For this month’s Safety Share, let’s take a closer look at Quattro’s safety procedures while hoisting and transporting of materials on site. Hoisting is the operation of lifting, handling, and lowering a load during suspension to eventually place the load at the required location. In the photo, the worker is guiding a diesel heater to another location on site. The rope is used to secure and lift loads. Using the proper sling for your lifting procedures will ensure a safer lift for materials and the crew!
