Quattro Constructors is leading a Joint Venture (QBR Joint Venture, BV) based out of the small Caribbean island of Saba to deliver 2 significant projects for the island nation. Quattro has partnered with a local contractor, to execute these projects. The first project is the construction a new hotel facility, Scouts Place. Construction has been ongoing for close to 6 months and is expected to be complete by mid 2024. The second project is a significant infrastructure project for the island, the construction of a new medical/nursing facility. The team has just broken ground and is very excited to be working with Saba Cares and many local trades and subcontractors to deliver this important project.
