Health, Safety, and Environment Policy Statement
Quattro Constructors is committed to ensuring we conduct our business in a manner that protects the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and the environment. Protection from injury, illness or occupational disease is a major continuing objective.
We recognize the rights of employees to conduct work in a safe and healthy environment where all staff, subcontractors, supervisors, and visitors are held accountable for health and safety performance.
Senior management is committed to providing a safe and healthy workforce and upholds this commitment by striving to lead by example, monitoring safety compliance, and providing guidance. All members of the Quattro Constructors team are accountable for the health and safety of coworkers and themselves, and are encouraged to take responsibility for the safety management system. Our Occupational Health and Safety Program is COR certified from the BC Construction Safety Alliance, and in good standing with WorkSafeBC.
We work closely with our people in the spirit of consultation and cooperation to ensure staff are empowered to participate in the health and safety management system.
