Quattro carried out the construction work for underground duct banks, including supplying and installation of precast concrete manholes and junction boxes. The bulk of the excavation work was completed in areas with unknown utilities with less amount of information to work from. Quattro developed a locate plan for Hydrovacing and exposing existing utilities.

Excavation was carried out with a spotter whenever new locations were excavated. When new utilities were discovered, Quattro notified Parks Canada and completed photo and site measurements to ensure locations were well documented before backfilling.
