Kicking Horse Canyon – Phase 4

Quattro Constructors has teamed up with Cutting Edge Consulting, Skwlax Resource Management, and Kicking Horse Canyon Constructors to execute the girder installation for the new Blackwall Bridge on Highway 1 near Golden, BC. This bridge is part of the Kicking Horse Canyon Project Phase 4 which is upgrading the highway with realignment of 13 curves and the widen of the highway to four lanes to improve safety for the traveling public, the community of Golden and surrounding regions. Our scope of work includes offloading girders, assembly on girder pairs on temporary supports, laterally launching box sets and lowering into position onto pier and abutment bearings.
