Quattro's President
In Rick’s 20 year career in civil construction, he has built a reputation and track record of being a dedicated and results-oriented leader. Rick has led a wide range of construction projects including dams, bridges, highways, water and sewer construction, and municipal development. Rick is committed to listening, understanding, and addressing needs for both new and existing clients and business partners. He has a proven ability to deliver bottom-line results by implementing practical systems and streamlining processes through innovative ways of problem-solving. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.
Sam utilizes his project management and leadership skills from over 15 years in the construction industry to effectively lead the Operations department at Quattro Constructors. His experience covers a range of construction projects including dams, bridges, underground utilities, wastewater treatment facilities, municipal improvements, and land development.
Driven by the belief that happiness equals progress, Sam takes pride in his unrelenting pursuit for operational improvements. As the Operations Manager, he proactively and strategically manages project risk by promoting effective communication and streamlining operational processes within all levels of the Quattro organization. Sam cultivates long-lasting relationships with his clients and maintains a positive atmosphere across his project teams.
Oran is a results-driven construction engineer with 17 years of heavy civil construction experience in senior roles across various specialities. Oran has led technical and quality teams on several complex projects including bridges, dam and oil and gas construction. He is an experienced estimator, proficient in pricing structures, utility, and earthwork projects. As Quattro’s Pre-Construction Manager, Oran leads technical estimating and pre-construction planning and works closely with Sam’s Operations team at the project kick-off stage.
