Construction is currently in progress for the new Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre (HJCRC) at the heart of Central Lonsdale. The initial phases involve site preparation and excavation on the north side of East 23rd Street, positioned between Lonsdale Avenue and St Georges Avenue.
QUATTRO'S ROLE
Quattro is constructing the onsite civil works for the new recreation centre. Including, storm water retention systems, sanitary and water connections, and underground drainage piping. Also, the complete building drainage system over 40,000 metric tonnes of structural backfill.

The Second Narrows Water Supply Tunnel project will replace three existing water mains that were installed in 1948, 1954 and 1978. The 1.1km tunnel will cross under the Burrard Inlet from North Vancouver to the City of Burnaby.
QUATTRO'S ROLE
Quattro supplied labor, equipment, and supervision for placing and finishing approximately 2,750m3 of concrete in collaboration with Traylor-Aecon. Joint efforts resulted in optimized work methodologies and concrete mix designs. The project, executed in two lifts, ensured efficient placement and finishing to required tolerances, with approved bulkheads implemented for stability at the end of each shift.
Quattro has provided carpenters and supervision to facilitate the construction of cast in concrete new valve chambers.
