Project Description
Project includes the modernization of part of the original Scout’s place and the addition of 19 new rooms and cottages. A full service restaurant and spa building is also included.
QUATTRO'S ROLE
Quattro is a partner in QBR JV BV, a company set up to do commercial and industrial projects on the Caribbean Island of Saba. The Scout’s Place Hotel Project includes construction of 19 new rooms and cottages, a full-service restaurant, and spa building.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Renovation & modernization of the existing Scout’s Place Sky Rooms.
- Renovation & modernization of the existing Penthouse Suite.
- Conversion of the old storage area into a new commercial space.
- Addition of a new full-service restaurant and bar.
- Twelve new “Earth Rooms”.
- Seven new cottages.
- Affinity pool with extensive hardscaped area for lounging and social events..
