The Saba Cares project consists of multiple phases:
Building “A”
A two-storey administration building.

Building "B"
A two-storey seniors care/health care facility with an underground parking structure.
- 26 parking stalls in an underground parking structure.

- 16 Seniors Care Suites.
- Full service food preparation kitchen.
- Laundry facility.
- Dining area.
- Treatment rooms.
- 2 elevators.
The Scout’s Place Hotel Project includes construction of 19 new rooms and cottages, a full-service restaurant, and spa building.
- Renovation & modernization of the existing Scout’s Place Sky Rooms.
- Renovation & modernization of the existing Penthouse Suite.
- Conversion of the old storage area into a new commercial space.
- Addition of a new full-service restaurant and bar.
- Twelve new “Earth Rooms”.
- Seven new cottages.
- Affinity pool with extensive hardscaped area for lounging and social events.
- Construction of a Spa Building.
