The project involves the construction of a new Campus Services Centre, Carpentry building for trades and a Gantry Pavillion. The scopes include the erection of a full Mass Timber Structure, Structural steel structure, Exterior Cladding, Exterior and Interior Glazing, Roofing, Doors & Hardware, Finishes, Mechanical and Electrical, Excavation, Landscape.
Quattro Constructors is delivering the demolition, excavation, backfilling, and civil works for the project.
The scope includes removal of existing elements, excavation for foundations and utility routes, backfilling for underground mechanical and electrical services, utility locates, dewatering, and site grading. Civil scope includes installing storm and sanitary components such as trench drains, catch basins, manholes, detention tanks, and system tie-ins, along with specified roadworks and erosion control measures.
Quattro is also completing concrete work for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and curbs, coordinating embedded items, and carrying out insulation and vapour barrier installation.
