The project scope included excavation, shoring, and backfilling works associated with multiple SkyTrain corridor sites. At PO18, final excavation and slide rail shoring installation were completed, marking a major progress milestone. Works at PO14–16 involved full removal of existing slide rail systems and placement of engineered sand backfill to design grade. The Green Timbers Station site required installation of five interlocking slide rail shoring assemblies—the first of this scale completed by Quattro—executed under restricted access conditions and variable ground stability.
Additional scope included support to SkyLink’s guideway construction program, where Quattro’s T&M carpenter crews executed formwork and concrete preparation for guideway columns and piers. Work was performed on extended 14-hour day and night shifts to maintain schedule adherence and facilitate the August station handover deadline.
